Before you pay

Your slot is saved as soon as the fee comes through.
The fee is refunded in full when your order passes the amount shown for your area.
If the visit needs to move, kindly give us 24 hours' notice. A return visit after a late change, or when the home isn't ready, is K200.
Where a job is done in two phases, the visit fee is not refunded. We'll tell you if that applies to yours.
